1. General Terms & Acceptance of Offer

1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the «Agreement») constitutes a legally binding public offer between the administration of the MyBetsBot.com service (hereinafter — «Service», «Administration») and any capable individual using the website (hereinafter — «User»).

1.2. Using the Service, creating an account, or interacting with features signifies full, unconditional, and irrevocable acceptance of all terms contained herein. If the User does not agree with any provision, they must immediately cease using the platform.

2. Legal Status (Non-Gambling & Non-Bookmaker Declaration)

2.1. The Service delivers access to cloud-based software (SaaS) designed strictly for monitoring, mathematical processing, and statistical analysis of publicly accessible sports data in real time, as well as automated dispatch of notifications based on criteria defined by the User.

2.2. The Service IS NOT:

• A bookmaker, totalizator, casino, betting shop, or gambling operator;
• An organizer, co-organizer, or intermediary in betting, lotteries, or games of chance;
• A financial institution, investment adviser, or asset manager.

2.3. The Service never accepts financial stakes, wagers, or deposits from Users, does not maintain gaming bankrolls, does not place bets on behalf of Users, and does not distribute gaming winnings or compensation.

2.4. Any hyperlinks, match navigation buttons, or references to third-party sports resources and bookmakers are provided strictly for informational and indexing purposes. The Service does not control third-party entities and bears no liability for their operations.

3. Disclaimer of Financial Guarantees & Risk Notice

3.1. NO GUARANTEE OF PROFITABILITY: All data, mathematical models, alerts, historical indicators, and backtest results are provided strictly for analytical and informational purposes.

3.2. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or a guarantee of income. Past statistical performance of algorithms does not guarantee and cannot predict future results.

3.3. The User acknowledges and affirms that:

• Sports events contain fundamental elements of randomness, weather conditions, human error, and referee decisions that cannot be modeled with complete certainty;
• Engaging in sports wagering involves high risk of complete loss of capital;
• All wagering decisions are made by the User independently, voluntarily, and at their sole financial responsibility.

4. Service Provision «AS IS»

4.1. The software is provided on an «AS IS» and «AS AVAILABLE» basis without warranties of any kind.

4.2. The Administration is not liable for:

• Network latency, temporary interruptions, or maintenance downtime;
• Third-party delivery delays in the Telegram messaging network or ISP connections;
• Inaccuracies or transmission delays in external sports data feeds;
• Shifts in line odds or suspension of markets by bookmakers;
• Configuration errors introduced by the User within their custom algorithms.

5. Age Requirement (18+)

5.1. Use of the Service is strictly restricted to individuals who have attained 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction).

5.2. Minors are prohibited from registering or using the platform.

6. Subscriptions & Digital Content Policy

6.1. Subscription access constitutes a non-exclusive software license for specialized digital tools.

6.2. Service obligations are fulfilled upon provisioning access to the subscription features in the User's dashboard.

6.3. Refunds are not issued for subjective dissatisfaction with sporting results, unutilized subscription time, or accounts suspended for violations of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All interface elements, software source code, algorithms, brand logos, and database structures are proprietary intellectual property of the Administration.

7.2. Unauthorized reverse engineering, scraping, automated parsing, or redistribution of platform components without written authorization is strictly prohibited.

8. Amendments

8.1. The Administration reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
