• Account Identifiers: user-chosen login pseudonym;
• Contact Information (optional): E-mail address — provided voluntarily by the User exclusively for technical recovery of account credentials and critical security notices. The Service never sends unsolicited marketing materials (spam) nor transfers email addresses to third parties;
• Authentication Credentials: encrypted passwords (stored strictly as an irreversible cryptographic hash with a unique per-user salt; plaintext passwords are never recorded and are inaccessible to anyone, including platform engineers);
• Communication Routing: Telegram Chat IDs and bot tokens — required solely for the algorithmic delivery of notifications requested and configured by the User;
• Technical Telemetry: session tokens (cookies), IP address, browser type, and operating system version (processed strictly for brute-force defense, anti-abuse security, and persistent session authorization).

2.3. Technical Character & Pseudonymization: All identifiers utilized by the platform are purely technical, pseudonymous tokens designed solely for authorization, session continuity, and account recovery.

3. Purposes of Data Processing

3.1. Technical data is processed exclusively for the following legitimate purposes:

• Creating and authenticating the User's personal account;
• Delivering access to the algorithmic bot constructor, Live Radar, and statistical tables;
• Automated delivery of alerts and signals to Telegram endpoints configured by the User;
• Platform integrity, defense against malicious automated attacks, spam, and server intrusion;
• Providing technical assistance and customer support.

4. Non-Disclosure & Third-Party Limitations

4.1. WE DO NOT SELL, RENT, LEASE, OR TRANSFER USER DATA TO THIRD PARTIES for advertising, marketing, or commercial exploitation.

4.2. Disclosure of information to third parties is permitted only in the following exceptional circumstances:

• The User has given explicit, affirmative consent;
• Disclosure is required by applicable statutory law pursuant to formal, substantiated legal orders from competent judicial or regulatory authorities;
• To protect the legitimate rights, property, and safety of the Service in the event of gross violations of the Terms of Service.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

5.1. The Service uses HTTP cookies strictly for necessary session maintenance, interface preference persistence, and security authentication.

5.2. Users may configure their browser to reject or delete cookies at any time; however, disabling necessary cookies may prevent authentication in the personal dashboard.

6. Server Infrastructure & Sports Data Processing

6.1. Server Facilities: Server hardware and compute clusters of the Service are physically hosted in certified enterprise data centers located in Finland (European Union). These facilities are dedicated to automated real-time aggregation, mathematical modeling, and statistical analysis of publicly accessible sports data.

6.2. Data Minimization Policy: The Service operates on strict data minimization principles and does not act as a traditional custodian of sensitive personally identifiable information (no passports, physical addresses, national IDs, or financial accounts are collected).

6.3. Cross-Border Technical Telemetry: By interacting with the Service, Users acknowledge and agree that technical, pseudonymous telemetry (e.g. session tokens, algorithm filter parameters) is processed on compute infrastructure in Finland (EU).

6.4. Security Standards (GDPR): Infrastructure deployment in the European Union provides alignment with GDPR standards, featuring modern cryptographic transport layer security (TLS 1.3 / SSL), isolated network perimeters, and restricted physical access.

7. User Rights & Data Deletion (Right to be Forgotten)

7.1. Users retain the following rights regarding their technical data:

• Review details of stored pseudonymous account configurations;
• Update or modify outdated algorithm parameters;
• Request permanent and irreversible deletion of their account, including custom bot settings, channel tokens, and operational history.

7.2. To initiate account deletion, Users may submit a request to our designated legal email at legal@mybetsbot.com or contact Telegram support at @MyBetsBotCom. All associated records will be permanently expunged within up to 10 business days following confirmation.

8. Amendments to this Policy

8.1. The Administration reserves the right to amend this Policy in response to technological updates or legal developments.

8.2. Revisions take effect immediately upon publication on this page.
